Tilted Spheres

The sphere has tilted, can’t you see
The sun has found new horizons to be
Seasons changing, the birds and bees
Are getting confused
The tallest wave, pushes up the sign
Even the ancient, are not yet blind
Where to go, where to climb
The signs are given, by the fool
Who surfed on every, wave that broke
Every fall became a new joke
Dive with pelicans, sight to know
Crashing in the news
Try again, how fast can you fall
Doesn’t matter, when you saw
Breaking through, any wall
Never set to cruise
Sometimes you might fall asleep at the wheel
How to tell, a dream or real
All that matters, is what you feel
Finding another clue
That you’ve seen, a thousand times or more
But for some reason, you have ignored
Whenever you try to explore
Mostly just another shade of blue
That works for a while, before the fate
Of every stream, never know until too late
Feel like nothing more, than a piece of bait
A chained, chosen tool
That was left, in the dust too long
Eventually learning, to bang the gong
Sing their song, never is wrong
The modern in the new
Just a dream, a fleeting glimpse
Some I will always miss
After time, no more lists
Drinking from the due
Every moment is a dawn
Finding out where you belong
Celebrate, what you’ve done
Here’s to the sparks in you
