Amongst the Strays

How can one walk, along the line
Between the struggle and the blind
Fools will run every step of the way
Learn to fall, will not betray
Feel the wind, from where you are
Sometimes faster, than any car
Or to settle, without the tunnel
Scan the scene, burst the bubble
Never are calm, in the bay
Only the storm, a home is made
Building up, from all the trades
Your own is found, amongst the strays
Where to start, when you’re marked
The fate to claim, will be a lark
Going further, gone are rules
Only standing, are the fools
That never learn, from any books
Never do care, for the looks
Most will find along the wire
Walking through another fire
Never are calm, in the bay
Only the storm, a home is made
Building up, from all the trades
Your own is found, amongst the strays

No water can tame, the golden glow
Only waiting, for you to see
Beyond the tragic, bottomless sea
When it wakes, the ground will shake
The lady dances, on the lake
Ready to wake the forgotten dream
No more taking from the scene
