I’m gone away for a few weeks
from this place we’ll get used to call home
any how. If I ever settle down.
And I get more and more lost and confused
as I cross new paths, distance stretches on and on.
Will you answer when I call?
Despite everything I said,
I’m still afraid that I might loose you after all.
I hate to say it but I understand
that you might have felt ignored.
Despite everything we shared,
I’ll still act as a stranger when I’ll get back home.
I always feel like I should make amends.
Ties already unravelled. (I don’t know how to sew it all)
And I’ve been gone away for a few years
from this place that I won’t ever,
I will never call home anyway
but we could find it another name.
