Foreign automobiles
So the kids are safe
Leather hands on the wheel
For porcelain plates
Beg and borrow and steal
It’s not what you make
But what makes you real

To spend all your days
Watering a seed

No one complains
When the weather is warm
Must be okay

It takes a plane
A bomb, or a baby
To wake you up

To find a womb

Or make a son
With a girl that’s forever?

Said you would die together
