Abandoned Life

I wander through dark corridors
and it seems like no one
no one else exists
only shadows walk with me
I burn the remembrance
the lifeless faces fade away
my last memories
I walk the streets alone no one aside me
in the wind I hear their voices
pale beings waiting to suffer
and I will too I can’t break out
I ask myself will I ever get rid
of what it makes me burn all away?
Will I ever break out?
of the circle that keeps me in
a view from the outside
I see an abandoned life
as this is my burden
the question remains
was it me and my choice
or has life stolen you from my arms
