I often ponder upon on the propriety of using metaphors to document their
realities
We do this in the hope we can all get saved from the depths of our psychiatry
But why do we cut out our hearts to give to an audience
That demands we share our tears in public
That we shed our fears in public
As we live nightmares on podiums not structurally capable of supporting us
But, know that tip of your pen is the scribe to a present which will soon
become history
That means not only do I see you as a gladiator
You are both anthropologist and historian
