Peel and shred two cups potatoes
Tablespoon of grated onion
Beat three eggs
Two tablespoons of flour
Teaspoon and a half of salt
Stir it all up in a bowl
Patties in hot oil
Until they’re brown on both sides
Serve with applesauce and sour cream
Close your eyes, it’s like you’re in a dream
