Menacing to my energy
And my dreams? Oh especially
Intervened, see they never seemed
To be keen of respecting me
Now I’m all alone, heart’s growing cold
My mind’s on a roll, man I swear it won’t stop
Remembering these false memories, false memories
And I still try to keep forgetting the pain
But my will power’s swiftly burning away
From a fronto down to a roach
Keep it calm while inhaling the ghost
They gon haunt those doing the most
Got my eyes closed ready to float
Into this temporary euphoria, hi Nimbus
But this is secondary, there’s more to my high getting
Since when did the red in my eyes glisten?
Am I tripping? Either way, yes I’ve risen
From the ashes while I’m ashing
Bout to take another hit
Disconnected from the disrespect
That I’ve been getting cause of what I’ve been
Doing on my free time tryna be alive
Still constricted in this state of mind
That’s been making my energy disintegrate to bits
But this was all a dream, I swear it never happened
Don’t Ruin Us, my new habit, cause my soul’s been feeling absent
Hold up, forgot what happened, do you care to recap?
Thought I would never indulge, but now I relapse
And hopefully I’m getting close to a finish
Cause I know this high isn’t infinite
But I’m gonna try to remain in it
To avoid the cries, except the ones calling me to my dreams
A void in disguise, that I know these pills are gonna help me achieve
Hallucinations be these newer faces
They telling me my tomb is waiting but I’ve grew impatient
So here’s a concept: I’ll be sitting here, simply making my mind stretch
In hopes that I could speed up the process
The way I’ve been dealing with what I’ve been feeling makes all these pills
look so appealing
As soon as I feel it, my new friends appearing, they telling me my end is
nearing
So pop one more pilly, by that I mean milli, so all this pain I could conceal it
Another empty melatonin bottle, now I’m zoning, gotta stay coherent
Never gon heal so I might as well numb through it
I’ll recollect if my mind gets back
I’m a circumstantial insomniac, If I leave y’all won’t want me back
Y’all just gon forget me like I did, cause I’m high kid
