When the gates are close and the full moons high
Nothing’s gonna stop the Creeper
He lives off the flesh of the living and dead

Captured is this village
By a creature so evil and vile
He searches for the bodies of the recently past
If he can’t find a corpse to fill his needs
He’ll turn to the village streets
His hunger fuels his ferocity
It resumes to consume its feast

Drawn to the glow of the street gas light
He depleted the grounds of the newly deceased

In the midnight mist
One time a month

The creature’s stench
Fills the ways
The newly dead

A victim shouts
God’s name in vain
The captured living
Screams in pain

You can feel his piercing stare

As sweat rolls down your face
His hot breath on the back of your neck
You can’t escape him
He smells your fear
It all seems like a bad dream
He’ll soon devour
No one can help you
They can only hear you scream
