Is It Love or Is It Conscription?

Is it love or is it conscription
Is this marriage epidemic fact or fiction
I see guys who used to falter
Dancing madly to the altar
Is it love or is it conscription
Is it smart or is it stupid
Can the urge be traced to some stupid
Makes no diff’rence whatsoever
Seems I’ll marry now or never
Is it love or is it conscription
