Lord of the Cremation Ground

The cremation ground — a temple, a throne
To Bhairava made flesh
Clothed in ashes, skull bowl in hand
In the place where all of us will end
Aghori — piercing the vile of Maya
Through defiance of Karmic Law
Escaping the cursed Samsara
For what is man, but merely a corpse
Animated by empty emotions
For existence is suffering, and desire its source
The left hand path will overcome this illusion

Corpses as altar, transcending the lower self
Through inebriation and tantric rituals
Feel the urging and grim desire
To eat the flesh from the funeral pyre
Tamasic forces growing stronger
Giving in to necro-cannibal lust
Devouring putrid human flesh
Nothing left to fear, overcoming disgust
Praise the God of Annihilation
Through defiance of Karmic Law
Escaping the cursed Samsara
Understand that all is an illusion
Pure and impure, worship and blasphemy
The world, the self, good and evil
All will perish in this Yuga-Kali
