Low Grade Fever

I’ve got a low grade fever
And my skin is such a pale hue
It’s not a rosy glow you’ve got
It’s blood tinged and it looks maroon
I’m a long time believer
But my kin are such a frail few
With puffy eyes and runny noses
And egos blown up like balloons
I won’t be getting well
Anytime soon
I’ve got a low grade fever
But i don’t think that i’ve caught the flu
I think i’m coming down with something
