Millions of minds press opinions like they’re gospel
(as facts and figures find ill-fated decay)
And all the pushers stand in line, so vaingloriously hostile
(if they had their way, we’d have no escape)
So I beg for rationale in the midst of all the rage
But I’m met with reduction again
I offend before I’ve opened my mouth
To resent, I present: there’s nothing pleasant to say
