I, I caught it in a gallery
A painting that was called The Scream
On a day off in Norway
I, I stood before it aimlessly
That figure seemed so close to me
He’s with me everyday
What’s the matter with me?

The colours swirl endlessly
And everywhere the colours bleed
Is everything I’ve never known
Screaming back at me
Real fake Is anybody listening?
Fake real
Is it horrific? Is anybody listening?
Or is it ecstasy? Or is it just a dream?
In sound
I couldn’t run away
All around in surround
It was coming from me anyway
