Stuck inside these walls
A prison of the mind
This lonely union falls
I’ve been blind
I’ve never been good enough
To see through all the lies
Trying to be tough
My heart dies
But sometimes it’s hard to see
Why I would wrap myself in these mysteries
I will not take the easy way out
And wallow in these false securities
It’s no less than me
