My Mask

You’ve come a long way from mary
And the love shines through your eyes
You’re a legal street canegal on the rise
You got the answer in your pocket
To the question i now ask
Is there any chance to throw away my mask
I got all my lord done lord
Now tell me what to do
I was alone last night at home and
I couldn’t close my eyes to sleep
I took a walk down the river
Moved my feet
What i saw was water flowing
Flowing down to the sea
And some tiny birds were singing
Song to me From today on i stop counting all my faults
And i hope it makes me grow
I’m sure there will be some obstacles in My path
When all i ever wanted was to shine
To see right through these shady sides
Of mine
When i remember thursday evening
I took a beer then i drank ten
The way it changed my whole behaviour
Wasn’t planned
But there are things in life that happen
It seems so easy when they do But it#s not easy to forget what
