Let the heav’ns be glad and the earth rejoice.
Let the sea and all within it roar.
Let fields and all they bear be thrilled before the Lord;
The Lord is come.
Let the forests shout, let them sing, let them shout:
Ev’ry path made straight before the Lord.
With joyful sound, with dancing down upon the earth,
