Beached

Crashing swells bring me to this place
Pull towards the beach
To make it to my feet
Sucked in and spat out by the beating waves
Pieces of dreams wash ashore with me
On a shame soaked shore is where i awake
No portion of strength lies unraped
No matter what attempt i try and make
Its not worthy enough for my escape
Cast away by everything
A parasite spreading disease
A tsunami about to unleash
Maybe now, that’s why i’m here
I will make a creature of quarrel
In a puddle of fear
My escape, days if gloom starting to clear
And now i feel it all begin to change
As the forces above loosen their reigns
