The poison kiss I bring
Men have learned to fear
Dread this deadly sting
Tremble when I’m near
I have nothing but
Contempt for the rise of man
Slither in the dust
Know my name, Ophidian
Cursed to live where heaven sent me
I put a blight on God’s creation

I look down on humans

I lie in wait for helpless human mice
Consume their essence one by one
