Song of the Redeemed

On every heart there is a stain that we can never wash away
Left on our own we’d never sing the Song of the Redeemed
But through God’s one and only Son
the cross he bore his precious blood
Oh in his Grace to us he brings the Song of the Redeemed
Sing for salvation that’s greater than our shame
Sing for his mercy it covers our mistakes
And sing for his love that runs deeper than our scars
We don’t need to carry our guilt anymore

So take it all and lay it down cuz
we once were lost but now we’re found
Let us cry out in victory the Song of the Redeemed
