Though I walk a lil slower
And i laugh a little less
Life just drifts
Day follows day
It was somewhere close to perfect
Now it’s somewhere near ok
Why go home
Why walk through that door
Into an empty room
Of not anymore
If I drink a little more
I might have said the fact
That she’s gone away forever
