I’ve no regrets as to how it went
It’s a relief when the time is spent
My unintended, here’s the letter that I never sent
I gambled it all on a single shot

It was another time, another place
My unintended caught me staring her full in the face
A close shave and a saving grace
Call it bad karma or misplaced trust
Such a bright future awaited us
