I wandered off the path one day. Great watcher turned, and I ran away
I lost myself amongst some trees
Birds and lizards paid no mind to me
Sat atop the mushroom growths and drank the tea of forest folk
I did not mind, I sat alone until a hopping toad approached
He spoke of things you’d not believe
He whispered truths that tickled me
I lost myself in fairy tales though truth be told, these tales were real
The toad and I we shared a smoke and I lent my ears as for hours he spoke
He bestowed his knowledge upon me, the women he’d known, the places he’d seen…

Everyone was tripping, the whole world was dancing and I thought, I thought
