The rain and wind is raging
Alone under a sky of black
They all claim it was a staging
I know there is no turning back
And my hubris shakes
Rocks me to my core
As my being quakes
I know what’s in store
Cannot prove my worth
Soaking till the dawn
Feel the shifting earth
