I enjoy keeping captives where they can’t see me
Where in the corners lurk the dead and the deadly?
They enjoy slamming doors and begging for mercy
As long as I make ready for 4 o’clock tea
Although I’d rather be the guest than the host here
I stick to pulling threads and sewing their worst fears
And just in time to watch my masterpiece finish
I want to grant them all my unspoken wishes
