I don’t always practice what I preach
But I’ll try my best not to leave
Before the hair on your arm recedes
I’ll count on my
Count on my blessings
Yet I have one thing on my mind
And yes I’ve been blessed by your company
Gotta fix it up
Cause I’ve been burning in my
Loneliness
Stomp away
But it won’t go out

And you know I don’t know who you are but I’ve got this strong feeling
And my nerves they don’t work but I feel like I’m itching and tingling
And the words on this page seem to speak but not heard though I’m screaming
And if I could show you I swear dear I’d really mean this
