Living Misery

Torture by the thoughts that rage inside
Helpless feelings that I cannot hide
Waiting to release the pain tearing at my mind
Corruption taking its toll from the inside
Starvation taking life from the weak humans falling down in defeat
Cannot change the path which they foresee
Feel the pain of living misery
All my life I’ve grown to see
Pain, suffering, misery
Why don’t they help make an effort for the cause
They don’t know that it’s too far gone
Through the duration of man and beast
Only the strong have survived
Creating destruction too great to control
Human race dies before my eyes
Overpopulation through vast wasted lands
Many souls have fallen to their grave
Endless victims drop to their knees
Watching their lives slip away
Emotions playing games with my mind
Endlessly making my thoughts go blind
Cannot stop to see reality
Help me, save me, let my soul be free
