Night signs on the carriageway
Crystal stains on the windowpane
White hair follicles dilate
She hears the morning news
A lifetime to ignore the waves
Her unbridled mind
On the weeping way
Spirals fly on the visible plane

When I was young
I used to hear things
That were being said
Miles away
Weeks away
