After the pregnant tears, the cosy fears
After the holding on, the helpful songs
After all the «I shall always care’s»
And the hugging in the stairs
There will come another
Followed by another other
Who in turn shall lead more others to the garden of your heart
When those other lovers
Have engorged upon on your powers
Leave you limp and void of wonder, will you still recall the time
The time there was no other
After the letter’s worn, the picture’s torn
After the strenght returned, the lesson’s learned
Memories grow fainter as our vows grow quainter
Time is it’s own parade

Why can’t I accept that
