You’re waking up early
You sleep in the blue
Reflect upon all of the places and things you can do
You could die in a hurry
Or you’d live your life through
Forget about all that has been and look forward to all that’s new

We the leaves, can’t forget about the wooden
Leaders make you forget what you should end
Follow when you know you really shouldn’t
Grounded when you know your flying is so good and
Bounded when you know it’s an illusion, and
Found dead when you know it’s just confusion, and
Rounded everything, you make conclusions
That will split the truths and abuse them
Your house set on fire
You still feel like home
You could use a place to stay but still know everything’s yours to own
You’re up on the hillside
Then down underground
It’s all just the same in a positive way so you’re safe and sound
