I remember the days I lived by the water
Warm nights on the beach with the fisherman’s daughter
Sittin' in this car makes me want to shout out loud
Well I got to change this scene
And I’ve got to change it now
I’m stuck here in line I can’t go no faster
Another Monday morning just a traffic disaster
The boss will be screaming, can’t you ever get here on time
