The Answer

I was the kid in Sunday School who always raised his hand
Knew all the verses all the rules
But I got older life got harder and the problems that I face
They are grew my child-like faith
But everything I learned keeps coming back
For every single question that I had
The answer is in his hands

Proven that He is stronger than the world
And I don’t have to be

He breathed again and conquered death
Reminding me there’s more to every story that I can see

It just keeps getting worse

All the voices all the noises shouting from the screen
It’s hard to know what to believe
Every single question in my life
