Stop Light

Walking down the street again
Something else has caught my breath
When will I fall again?
Everyone is starring back
One more time I won’t look back
and I won’t forget
So I pray for a sign
thinking this will be another point of view
I wait at the stop light
and I open up my eyes this time
I pray for a sign
Wondering which way to go
Where I stand I just don’t know
but time will surely tell
I can only take a step
Hope that I will not regret
And live out my life
All of these signs
made me believe I had to change
But here at the light
I finally find my feet again
