In the back of my mind
Sometimes I find myself
Sitting alone
With the telephone
These feelings I’ve felt
Out of the depths
I disconnect
I spread love I don’t disrespect
I just dig deep while the ground is wet

And i try to keep myself in check
But it gets hard when I can’t connect
