There’s something in the woods tonight
Shadow and fur and fear
Limbs thrum with unholy might
Breathing thunder in my ear
I am cloaked in branch and brush
I slaver and I rage
Screaming murder through the hush
Succumb to her embrace
The moon is full and so am I
I’m full of blood and death
Brightly flashing lightning strike
Lunar curse’s ill effect
Loping at you, running you down
You’re a rabbit and I’m a wolf

The forest holds no foes for me
It holds just one for you
What I’ve become, what I’ve seen
And most of all what I’ve been through
I died and then I went to hell
Met someone, made a pact
Inside the skin of something else

Ten feet tall and made of hate
With claws that glisten red
Devouring flesh of men to sate
The howling demons in my head
Loping at you, running you down
