my car was tough & runnin' clean
Satan laughed and said I’ll own your soul.
His motor roared a hellish sound
out ran me when the flags went down.
I lost the race, I’m damned forever more
In this v8 nightmare
My fate was sealed mechanically
I drive this v8 endlessly
The afterlife is just a hellbound road.
The radio is Satan’s laugh
reminding me that I am dead.
