Industry seem so strong until you view it from inside
These people, they do the most for the cost of burgers and fries
Entire dynasties and legacies founded upon a lie
Exposin' the truth is met with the accusation of hate
And if you get too loud yo people might find you dead in the lake
The very ones who did it be the first to show up at the wake
With the falsified sympathy and the tissues for family pain
Often ridiculed for having a soul and havin' a brain
‘Cause having both of those delay the time it takes to get paid
It’s like a player sent to the bench right after the huddle
