Choices

When I think about it I kinda consider at a time stand. You know,
when you wish a ceremonial life with, you know, making these decisions,
easy decisions like that, you know. It’s better suited for you or what
direction you think you need to take, you know, to better your life
If it’s wrong then it feels right
At this moment I could use advice
Color my thoughts had to paint it white
Pen and a pad this could save my life
Here for today I’m out by night
Lately I’ve been tryna find my way home
Family ask for favors I can’t say no
But who can I turn to, to take this weight off
When you’re done playing hero and take your cape off
It don’t feel lik a lot anymore

I guess I gotta keep to myself, gotta watch what I say now
Life’s been crazy, it just takes you all sort of different ways now
Yea, I’m all about action
It’s clear that people do the most just to get a reaction
Do something to feel complete
It speaks louder than words it tells me that you’re in need
At age 9 in my room, I had a dream
Dirt on my shoes, holes in my dungarees
Right in front of a crowd I imagine me
And at that very moment I knew who I had to be
Time to make a decision
Just know that the clock is still ticking
There’s no difference
When you know that you feel something so close but seem so distant
What more can they offer me
Something more appealing? But if it isn’t part of me then it’s not for me
If it’s right give me more
I need choices I’ve been torn

Like that it’s what people really like when I was just dropping shit.
And then I fell into this little mode of, of like, you know, trying to be too
perfect and I feel like that’s when… (

) I’m still in that mode but, that’s why like me 20 in this one part.
It’s the reset button, you know what I’m saying? Taking it back to where it
started hitting that reset button and just being like «Yo, from this point
