Peace In Our Time

It’s funny how we believe
That we all take part in democracy
When decision were made by 9 old mores
We showed them the diamond
We left was straight and carved
And endlessly stuffed with religions
Just as in our name of the Lord
So is it harm in this world
To believe in peace and all time on this earth
When you and me and the rest
Will never have to say
