I remember back that one summer, we were having a blast
Always out late, down at Denny’s, having a laugh
We were all together, we know that we had each other’s backs
But it really broke my heart knowing that we didn’t last

Cuz we ain’t seen each other since graduation night

Remember all the laughing and the roasting on the band trips
We never thought it would end so we took it all for granted
One day we were all at Blackshear’s, next second we all vanish
