At the well, I heard you call my name
I drew your water but you drew me further
My ever chasing God.
Through the rain
Broke and so ashamed
You ran to me from a long way up

Seeker when I wasn’t sought
Redeemer by your blood I’m born
And by your grace,
I’m made what I’m not

I was sick
Washed up and wasted
You took my bruises, I took your Spirit
My ever trading
My ever healing
My ever chasing God
This I am for sure
You were always with me
You will never leave me
It’s you I’m wanting more
More than any one thing
That this earth could give me
It’s you I’m living for
My Father ever chasing
My Chaser ever keeping
My Keeper ever giving
My ever living God
And by your Grace
I’m made what I’m not
