More Bad News

When I turn on the radio
All I hear is more bad news
Driving over to the pharmacy
To get me something that is good for me
Take it once or twice; it doesn’t work
The theme gets more abstract with each passing fact
I’d ask a friend but I don’t know where they went
I left my phone at home, it feels healthier
I fumble with controls 'til I fit my role

I flick a switch and off goes my radio
