Yes I Am

Ventilation is the key to the survival of my soul. If I don’t speak my mind
then, I’ll never over stand. I can’t keep hiding my emotions, just to please
you and you and you. That’s not what my fore fathers were fighting for.
I don’t always have the courage to stand my ground. I guess it all comes from a
damaged, little girl’s heart and soul.
Now I know better 'cos I am still here, to tell my story unto those who listen,
bare my soul so I can get some redemption.

Always had the words to guide me through all my life. Even when they won’t come
easy, they are still there in my mind. So, I am gonna speak them with devotion,

Used to hold it all against you, I know better now. You see it’s all because

her life and destiny.
