Stride

I’m heavy on my what to purpose
I wish I knew enough to see beyond the surface
I’m out of body so my body won’t receive the sermon
My spirit pleased when my body breath, that’s my honest verdict
I need direction, I need to feed of my own discernment
I follow sheep, I’m not man enough to reject the serpent
A peace of mind is no peace of my mind, It’s a heavy burden
I need to leave but not ready to pull the final curtain

There is no reason why
I’ll seek truth in the darkest minds

I pray to God the word losing is what they done took from me

And fear God and fear never been usefully

I made mistakes then I made it to being great for me
Lessons learned reenacted and then erase from me
So take from me I came for you stride with me
