Above a rotten carcass

A deafening sound
Streams of abyssals
Fill the sky
Locus hungry for prey
Their teeth cut deep
Ripping the weak to shreds
Only small rays of light
Break through a sky filled with flesh and bones
Encircling the monolith

Air trembles
As the legion rise
As the vermin stream
To the tower aflame
Streams of black
Cut through the land
Taking life after life
A loss without consequence
The masses too big
Shaking the cracking soil
The everlasting twilight
Turns to darkness
Light suffocates
