I’m being buried alive
Don’t know if I’ll survive
Can’t keep my head above water
Feels like I’m drowning in my own skin, and it keeps boiling hotter
I never thought, I never guessed that my life would turn out like this
I worked so hard to walk the line
Well I guess bad lucks all mine
My walls are closing in around me
This life of mine is starting to drown me
I’m feeling like a pugilist with every new punch that I take
I can no longer hide the enthusiasm that I fake
Just once I’d like to catch a break
