I wanna swim in the water
Without feeling like i can’t
I wanna be more honest
Learn to like who I am
Stop sleeping in so late
I’ve got better things to do
Learn a new hobby
Spend more time with you
The storm marks an ending
You know I’m not pretending
I wanna feel much better
And get outside more than i do
Don’t wanna be a quitter
Won’t take up more than i can chew
Maybe on new year’s eve this year it won’t be so bad, as bad as last
Maybe one day this year i’ll grow up finally not like I haven’t
I wanna give it a rest
Take time to do what i want to
Yeh i know i’m not the best
But i’m just trying to improve
