Don't Listen

Evighetens sang i din sjel
Gjenlyden sprer seg så langt
Gjennom hele universet
En absolutte følelse av helhet
Den sanne tilhørighet
Vi glemmer å føle.
Came here to witness Truth and what Life becomes,
Fallen prays of the ego we don’t overcome,
Instead of fighting back, to darkness we succumb, numb,
Running away from Self we can’t escape from.
You look around too long
But the answer lies in you,
Now we seem helpless, just watch us accrue
Supressed for ages, still, stronger we grew,
Won’t let them cease it.
Whatever they do we find a way out,
Whatever they say, we just won’t listen!
I know that you no longer have much to say
Disoriented, you see the world lost the way,
Alone you struggle making way against the stream
The weakness you feel, but it isn’t what it seem,
Listen the heartbeat, see the Nature endure around you, The Life ignores their
lie it lives its own truth, Listen the whisper it is louder than their noise,
Being so quiet makes you hear the inner voice.
Whatever they do we find a way out,
Whatever they say, we just won’t listen!
