«I was ah readin' an article in a magazine
from France recently and ah they was talkin'

was sayin' that, he was wonderin what David Allan Coe
would be writtin' by the year 2000 that would be
so different and unusual then whatever everyone
else was doin'. So I call this a Song For The Year
