The Weekend

I’ve been hanging around in doors
Knowing that my mind’s not in it anymore
Feeling like the time has gone to do great things
And all my modern wires have crossed me in 14 years I’ve made a world
From a 14 year old mind made fruitless on its own
It’s time to shake those grand old bones
To lift me up in lights on celebration stones

Through the sweat of of the morning dew
And we could leave but why leave this way?
